Complete Lettings
Since acquiring the properties in Queen Street in December 2016, we previously had an agent to monitor our tenants for introductions, take financial checks and deposits and to do inventories for when the tenants leave. They failed to take any inventories and then failed to find a tenant. We were therefore very unhappy with their lack of service.
We were recommended by James Sanders of Charles Darrow to try Complete Lettings.
We met with Sonya Cross and were impressed with her approach to management of the properties and also her knowledge of the regulations that landlords needed to be aware of. We decided therefore to have an agent to manage our flats, something we had not done previously.
Unfortunately for us we were required to have risk assessments carried out which meant with all the work that was needed to be done one of the flats could not be rented out. However, we are pleased that Complete are on board to guide us and keep us up to date with the various legislation and to make sure our tenants have a safe place and environment to live.
Without Sonya’s input there would have been concern she has liaised with Teignbridge Council and servicing agent to make sure the properties are fully compliant and then she has found us a tenant for the vacant flat.
We are very pleased we have met Sonya and Complete, She has done a tremendous job. And we hope the relationship will continue as long as possible.
