Believed to have been constructed in the late Victorian era, Blenheim was formally a thriving country house hotel located on the edge of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park. In its hay day it was believed to be frequented by many famous names and has ties to royal visitors going back many years. During the recent renovation and conversion, a number of crests were rediscovered within the building, these are believed to be related to the guests that had stayed at the hotel.
The developer, Blenheim Property Holdings Limited, is driven by a local man who’s passion is restoring beautiful traditional buildings back to their former glory. They have completed a number of projects across the country and have a proven track level in delivering bespoke well-finished homes with no expense spared.
Blenheim has been sympathetically converted into five very individual luxury apartments, all beautifully appointed, with gas central heating and double-glazing, creating spacious accommodation with a perfect blend of period charm with modern comfort and convenience.
An intercom remote access system provides secure entry into the communal lobby which has a decorative original Victorian tiled lobby leading into the grand entrance hall with its high ceiling and beautiful, dark oak-effect laminate vinyl flooring, contrasting with the light walls.
