Where possible we’ll compile a floorplan, helping prospective tenants appreciate your property’s layout and size.
We will also photograph your property to look its best too – using our top-flight equipment and, we like to think, a good eye for a good picture! We can even edit-in some sunshine, and we always try to refresh your property’s marketing by updating the photography periodically.
To make sure you get the best tenants possible we always accompany all viewings, allowing us to get a better understanding of a prospective tenant. Then we apply stringent referencing criteria and credit checks. You’re even welcome to meet your tenants before they sign, giving you final approval of the people who’ll be there.
